RULES AND REGULATIONS
Omnia Film Festival is a short film competition, open to all genres, with the aim of celebrating directors from all over the world and independent works.
During the awards ceremony the jury of the Omnia cultural circle will decide which will be the best works that will receive the awards.

RULES
1 All applicants must fill out the official festival entry form found on FilmFreeway.
2 The applicant is solely responsible for the copyright of any copyrighted material in the film entered into the competition.
3 Films not in English or Italian must be subtitled in English unless the dialogue is minimal and not necessary for understanding the film.
4 Multiple versions of the same film will not be considered. Only the first version submitted of a film will be considered
5 Films from any country in the world and made with any camera are eligible.
6 Each author can enter multiple works. You can enter works made in any year.
7 All works shorter than 30 minutes are considered short films.
8 All films and/or videos submitted must pay the required entry fee.
9 Entry fees are non-refundable in the event of withdrawal of the submission.
10 The decision of the jury and the organization is final. By accepting the entry of your work, you also accept the decisions of the jury and the organization.
